Job Title: HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution support.
- Collaborate with management on HR strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software applications, along with strong analytical skills
